Announcing ParentTalks™ Videos on Reading!

Reading is the foundation of all learning.

No other skill comes close.

"The bottom line is that if we don't get dramatically more children on track as proficient readers ... the price will be paid not only by the individual children and families, but by the entire country." The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Early Warning! Why Reading by the End of Third Grade Matters

The importance of ensuring that all students can read cannot be overstated! The Every Student Succeeds Act mandates reading/language arts testing every year from grades three to eight. Students without reading support at home are less likely to succeed on these critical tests. Student test scores directly affect your staff performance reports and school's ranking. Enhance your literacy program before the assessment cycle begins. Promote the solid reading foundation your students need by providing families with the essential home support in ParentTalks Videos.
